Each tool uses agentic AI — meaning it can handle multi-step tasks autonomously. Click each tool to learn more.
What it does: Generates complete, multi-page designs from a single text prompt. Unlike the old Magic Design, this agent iterates on its own — choosing layouts, images, fonts, and colors that match your brand.
Best use cases:
How to access: Left sidebar → AI Superpowers → Magic Design Agent, or type your request in the new AI command bar (Ctrl/Cmd + K).
What it does: Learns your brand's tone, vocabulary, and style from existing content, then ensures every piece of text Canva generates matches it perfectly.
Best use cases:
How to access: Brand Kit → Brand Voice tab → Upload sample content or paste your style guide.
What it does: Goes beyond simple cropping. This agent intelligently rearranges elements, adjusts text size, and repositions graphics when converting between formats (e.g., Instagram Story to LinkedIn banner).
Best use cases:
How to access: Resize button (top menu) → Select multiple sizes → Enable "Smart Resize" toggle.
What it does: Creates a full content calendar with suggested designs, copy, and posting times based on your industry, audience, and goals.
Best use cases:
How to access: Content Planner (left sidebar) → AI Plan tab → Describe your goals.
What it does: Writes video scripts, generates matching visuals, adds voiceover, and assembles everything into a ready-to-publish video — all from a single prompt.
Best use cases:
How to access: Create a Video → AI Script tab → Enter topic or paste content to adapt.
What it does: Transforms raw data (CSV, Google Sheets, typed numbers) into beautiful, on-brand charts, infographics, and data stories automatically.
Best use cases:
How to access: Insert → Charts → Data Viz Agent → Upload data or connect Google Sheets.
What it does: Analyzes your presentation and provides real-time coaching on pacing, slide design, talking points, and audience engagement. Can also generate speaker notes automatically.
Best use cases:
How to access: Present mode → Coach tab (bottom toolbar) → Start practice session.
What it does: Translates all text in your design into 100+ languages while maintaining layout integrity, adjusting text size for longer translations, and preserving brand voice.
Best use cases:
How to access: Share → Translate → Select languages → Agent handles layout adjustments.
What it does: Scans your designs for accessibility issues (contrast ratios, text readability, alt text, color blindness compatibility) and auto-fixes them while preserving your design intent.
Best use cases:
How to access: File → Accessibility → Run AI Check → Review and apply suggestions.

All plans include some AI 2.0 features. Here is what you get at each tier.
Be specific in your prompts. Instead of "make a poster," try "create a minimalist product launch poster for a coffee brand, dark green and cream colors, tall format for Instagram Story."
Upload at least 10 samples of your existing content for the best results. Include both short-form (social posts) and long-form (blog excerpts) to capture your full range.
Design your original in the largest format first (e.g., landscape banner), then resize down. The agent handles reduction better than expansion.
Connect your social accounts first so the AI can analyze your best-performing content and suggest optimal posting times based on your actual audience data.
Start with your key message and target length. The agent works best with constraints: "60-second product demo highlighting 3 features for Instagram Reels."
Clean your data headers before uploading. Clear column names like "Revenue Q1 2026" produce much better charts than "col_a" or "data1."
Use the practice mode at least twice before your actual presentation. The AI remembers your previous session and gives more targeted feedback the second time.
Review translations in languages you know before publishing. Add a glossary of brand-specific terms that should not be translated (product names, taglines).
Run the checker as a final step before exporting. Enable "Auto-fix" to let the AI adjust contrast ratios and text sizes without changing your design intent.
Track which tools you have tried. Your progress is saved locally.
